Perform economic support tasks essential to delivery of services and administration of programs, including but not limited to: explain requirements and benefits of public assistance programs to customers/public; conduct interviews to determine eligibility for assistance; refer customers to other agencies/services when appropriate, etc. Serve as call-center agent for Bay Lake Consortium.
Qualifications: High School diploma; three years-experience in human service agency, service provider setting or interviewing/interrogation experience in human services capacity; insurance acceptable driver’s license; complete Income Maintenance New Worker Training through WI DHS within 6 months of employment.
- 40 Hours/Week.
- $23.92 - $29.02 per hour.
