Provide full range of case management or service facilitation functions and support to mentally ill and AODA clients residing in Marinette County;   provide vocational training, social skills training and enhancement of independent living skills to clients. 

QUALIFICATIONS:  Insurance acceptable driver’s license; Qualify under Wisconsin Caregivers Law, Wisconsin Act 27;  Bachelors level:  Bachelor’s in Social Work or related field from accredited college, six months related post-degree experience and/or training; Masters level:  Master’s in Social Work or related field from accredited college, 18 months  related experience and/or training.  Experience with mentally ill adults/children preferred; satisfy State of WI Master’s Level billing requirements for Master’s Level pay.

• 40 hours/week. 
• $24.28 - $36.27 (dependent on degree level).
