The office of the Clerk of Circuit Courts mission is to efficiently operate a multi-court system, consisting of two Circuit Courts and a full time Court Commissioner. This office provides services to the public, legal profession, law enforcement, local, state, and federal agencies for criminal, traffic, small claims, civil, juvenile, family, guardianships and probate cases.

The Clerk of Circuit Courts is responsible to provide jury management services to the judiciary and the defendants. The Clerk of Circuit Courts is responsible to administer the courts through development of effective policies and procedures, the recruiting and maintaining of competent staff, and developing accurate budgets.
