The transition from school to the adult world is a significant milestone for many young adult. This transition takes on special importance for youth with disabilities. When high school ends, so does their entitlement to special education and related services. Young adults with disabilities - and their families - must pursue and coordinate needed services and supports for themselves.
The options can seem confusing and overwhelming at times. There are many resources, services and supports available to adults with disabilities in Marinette County.
