Your voice matters! The 2025 Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) has been launched, and we need your input on the community survey. This survey informs community health improvement priorities, area grant funding, and more. Your opinions will help us decide where we focus our efforts and funding in the future to give us all a chance for better health.
The survey is open now through June 18, 2025, for Marinette and Menominee County residents ages 18 and older. The survey should only take about five minutes, and your answers will be completely confidential. While you should only take the survey once, please encourage your friends and family to be part of this effort and take the survey as well. You can take the survey now in English or Spanish by clicking the hyperlinks. Thank you for your support!
Public Health promotes and protects the health of people and the communities where they live, learn, work, and play. While a doctor treats people who are sick, those of us working in public health try to prevent people from getting sick or injured in the first place. We also promote wellness by encouraging healthy behaviors. You can learn more about Public Health at: https://www.apha.org/.
