The Land Information Department mission statement is to design, develop and implement a Land and Geographic Information Systems that contains and integrates all land records within Marinette County. The creation of such a system will aid property owners, businesses and governmental agencies with the information necessary to make wise land use decisions for the promotion of the public health, safety and general welfare of all who live in or visit Marinette County, as well as, the protection of the natural resources of the County.
