Marinette County Ordinance §5.25(3)(b) states all alarm system users having an alarm system in operation shall have on file with the Marinette County Sheriff's Department an alarm user data card.
2024 ANNUAL ALARM PERMIT IS NOW AVAILABLE
$25.00 annual registration fee will apply for 2024. If you are an established user, watch for an invoice.

False Alarms Fees §5.25(4)(b) Fees for transmission of false alarms to Marinette County Central Dispatch shall be charged after the third false alarm during a calendar year as follows: 2024 4th False Alarm $30.00
5th False Alarm $55.00
6th False Alarm $80.00
7th-10th False Alarm $105.00
11th or greater False Alarm $205.00
