The Register in Probate office coordinates and manages the judicial duties and administrative functions of the probate court:- All formal probate files and administrative proceedings
- Guardianships and Protective Placements
- Civil Commitments
- Adult Adoptions
- Wills for Safekeeping

- Request for certified copies may be made in person, by phone, or by mail. If the request is by mail, please enclose the correct fee and a stamped, self-addressed return envelope. Payment must be received before the issuance of certified copies.
